I'm officially a stay at home mom!

Today was my first day off of work! Woo-wee. I think my body realized it could take it easy and I pretty much slept all day. It was great. My next appt is tomorrow...we'll see if there are any changes from the 3 cm dilation and 70% effacement I've been for the past two weeks. I now feel like I have a bowling ball sitting in my pelvis. Not sure if that is a sign or not...but it isn't super comfy.

I've still got a to-do list to take care of before she comes. So hopefully she'll hang on for a few more days.

Our little sweetheart (and other kids) already have their first deer rifle. Hal went to a business dinner the other night and won a rifle in a raffle. He was sooo excited!! He thought about selling it but decided our little ones would need their own gun one day to go hunting with their dad.

Am I the only one who thinks this is cute? Daddy's white shirts and babys white shirts...oh and her itty bitty little socks! They are soo cute!

I'm so glad you have a blog! I love these pictures. I still remember how fun I thought it was do do Lily's laundry at first, especially when we were preparing for her arrival. Actually, it's still fun to wash her cute little clothes!

Can't wait for Baby Girl Gahm to arrive!

Love,
Elissa

Our Life Story...

One of my favorite quotes is "You are the author of your own life story..." How true is that???? So, here is a brief glimpse into our life story. It's not always super exciting (actually-it is pretty exciting), but it's always blessed...

About Me

Really, it's not about me, it's about us...We've almost been married two years now!!!! I can't believe it. I think I can honestly say it's been the best two years of my life. Who knew marriage could be so wonderful? I sure didn't. I have the most wonderful husband on the entire planet. Although, I'm sure some of my friends would argue that their husband is the best...But you know, if you marry your God Given Soul Mate-I'll let you have that one. Yours is the most wonderful man for you!!! And to all my girlfriends who have married that man, I am SO happy for you because you know how great marriage can be. And if you haven't found him yet, don't give up. Just be patient...He is out there somewhere, just waiting for the perfect time to come into your life. I can't imagine that it's going to get any better...I suppose just "different" yet awesome, once our baby gets here. I am thankful each day for all God has given us...
